Westacres Womens’ Club Organization

The Westaces Womens’ Club (WWC) consists of a minimum of nine female residents. Board members are appointed in September each year The current members for 2016/2017 are as follows:

The WWC raises funds primarily from the three major events that it hosts annually: Rummage Sale in April, a Pumpkin Sale the first Saturday on October and the Craft Fair on the first Saturday in November. Funds are spent on children’s events, scholarships for our High School graduates and a thank you dinner for all of our event volunteers, as well as special community projects when funds allow.

Our Mission:

“To improve the quality of life in the Westacres community by inviting the involvement of all adult females in an organization whose aim it is to work toward the continued enhancement of the neighborhood. By planning and implementing fund raisers and social functions, the Women’s Club will promote community spirit, fellowship and involvement and will remain open to the concerns and needs of the women of Westacres.”
